Room Reservation

Room Reservation in the hotel complex “Edem” – is the preliminary order, done till the beginning of the day of the planned arrival (but not earlier than 6 months till the date of arrival).

The reservation is done after filling in the application form on the web site or in any form sent per email and also per telephone.

The preliminary confirmation of reservation is sent within 24 hours time after receipt of the order, At the same time the quest receives the invoice for prepayment. The prepayment is equal to 100 % of the cost of 1 day at the hotel. The reservation service is free of charge.

Reservation procedure:

• Application, confirmation of the application;

• Invoice for payment is issued  (including per fax or email);

• After payment of the invoice the hotel provides the written confirmation of the booked room, which will be ready at 12.00 on the arrival day.

Payment options when booking a room during the high season period:

• Only prepayment for booking a room at the hotel of 100 % of the cost of one day is  paid, arrival should be not later than 12.00 of the next day – otherwise booking is cancelled;

• Prepayment for booking a room in size of 50 % of the 1^st day tariff for the room is paid + 100 % for the 1^st day and arrival is possible at any time till 18.00 of the following 24 hours;

Early arrival (before payhour 12.00) is possible only after preliminary agreement with the hotel. Payment for booking is returned only in the case if the order was cancelled in time – not later than 3 days before the planned arrival.

By the late cancellation of the order, - within the term not later than 1 day before the planned arrival, the hotel may return the booking payment in case of actual arrival to this room of another guest and if he occupies the room for the period not less than 2 days.

In case of non-arrival  - cancellation of the order in less than  24 hours till pay hour of the given arrival day or actual non-arrival – payment for booking a room is not returned.
